Payment, Delivery & Returns
The mode of payments available are as follows:
• Domestic and International credit cards issued by banks and institutions that are part of the Visa & Mastercard Network
• Visa debit cards
• Netbanking/Direct Debit payments from select banks in India.

As prescribed by the financial institutions issuing the credit or debit cards affiliated with Visa and Mastercard, you will be required to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date and 3-digit CVV number (usually on the reverse of the card) when you make your online transaction using your Credit or Debit card. You should also have enrolled your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (Mastercard Secure Code) to complete the transaction.
Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updation may occur. We reserve the right to cancel the order incase a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that happens, we will give a full refund of all money received from the customer for such type of errors.
We reserve the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers’ fees from persons using the site fraudulently. Wolfberry reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the site and any other unlawful acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.
CREDIT CARD/ DEBIT CARD/ INTERNET BANKING DETAILS
You agree, understand and confirm that the credit/debit/internet banking details provided by you for availing of services on Wolfberry webstore will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the personal details which are not lawfully owned by you. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct details to us. Further the said information will not be utilized and shared by Wolfberry with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. We will not be liable for any credit/debit card/internet banking fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you.
Transactions on the website are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption using a 1024-bit process. Any information you enter when transacting with the webstore is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect you against unintentional disclosure to third parties. This is an assurance that it follows the best security practices adopted by major online vendors where all payments are processed in real-time for your security.
Credit card and Debit card information is not stored by us and is not taken by us. This information is taken directly by the payment gateway provided who is authorised and is compliant with the regulations and requirements of various banks and institutions and payment franchisees that it is associated with.
OUT OF STOCK SITUATIONS
Our endeavour is to ensure that all products listed on the website are available in stock for dispatch to the customer. However in case the same is not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days and give you the option to exchange, delay or cancel the order based on your convenience.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Purchases are shipped from our own or third party warehouses or offices from various points in India. Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 1-9 working days (for Metro cities) and 3-15 working days (for Non-Metro cities) from receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery.
Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third party courier and logistic companies or Postal Services usually between 10 am – 2 pm Monday to Friday except public holidays.
Delivery challan/Invoice attached to the product upon delivery will be required to be acknowledged and signed by you or any other person at the address mentioned by you at the time of order. We take no responsibility for products signed by any other person other than you who have placed an order for the product.
Since the transactions are authorised by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.
We are not responsible for any damage of products after delivery. Once delivered, the products will be subject to the return policy and terms and conditions on our webstore.
All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store. Also the said shortage of product needs to be highlighted and signed on the Proof of delivery copy itself and returned to the delivery person.
We offer free shipping for all orders made on our webstore. We will make a maximum of two attempts to deliver your order. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts, Wolfberry reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion and the coupon code for the amount refundable to the customer will be issued with 6 months validity period. You can use this coupon code to purchase any product of your choice from our webstore within a period of 6 months.
CANCELLATION BY WOLFBERRY
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your account has been charged, we will refund the entire amount to your original payment method.
CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
In case of requests for order cancellations, Wolfberry reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the purchase amount to you. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. Wolfberry has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and will accept our decision regarding the cancellation.
Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible.
However, we do accept returns only in the following cases as we care about what’s being delivered to you:
Damaged product: This is a highly unlikely scenario as we lay significant emphasis on quality! All our products pass through multiple levels of checks before being delivered. Our courier partners also work under the motto of “Handle with Care”. Still, if the product received by you is damaged, we’ll be happy to take it back.
Not as per original order: We take proper care while processing your request, still if it happens in a rare case scenario, we are happy to take it back.
To return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order, please contact customer service within 24 hours from the time of delivery along with images of the delivered product and their tags.
The company shall decide whether the Product shall be replaced or not and the same shall be communicated to you.
All damaged items or items not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in unopened, saleable condition with untampered original tags and packaging otherwise the same will not be taken back.
Postage and other charges for return of these products will not be reimbursed/refunded by us.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products.
We will require upto 21 days from the day you return your damaged package or an item not as per your order, for your refund request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is accepted/rejected.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
In all the cases, company’s decision to replace the product shall be final and binding on you.
Return’s Disclaimer: Returned products must have it’s original packaging, uncut hangtag, not show any sign of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage. Additionally please send back the products with a printed copy of your order receipt. Please package your return carefully, as items damaged in transit will not be refunded. Please ensure that you have a tracking number for the return, as we are unable to provide a refund if your return is lost in transit.
**Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if a return does not comply with this policy.
No cash refund shall be given in any case, including but not limited to the following:
- return of products in case of defective/damaged products
- products not as per the original order
- non-processing of order due to technical errors
- cancellation of order by customer
Coupon code will be given to the customer in above mentioned cases. The coupon code for the amount refundable (excluding taxes and shipping charges) will be issued with 6 months validity period and the same shall be used by the customer for making their next online purchase on our website within a period of 6 months.
